Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Handle administrative work to enable the smooth operation,safety and maintenance of the office;
  • Handle full spectrum of administrative support such as office supplies procurement, payment process, filing system, office renovation projects, etc.;
  • Perform general receptionist duties such as operation of telephone system, greeting visitors, dealing with incoming and outgoing fax, courier and mailing;
  • Liaise and communicate with internal and external parties on daily operation issues;
  • Process invoices, payment, expense claims in a timely manner;
  • Assist in recruitment arrangement, maintain daily record of leave and attendance;
  • Provide clerical support and perform ad hoc assignments as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above in any disciplines;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Chinese Work Processing);
  • Fair of both spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Able to work independently, Self-motivate, hardworking and willing to learn.
