Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with related parties to ensure the office safety and security and handle various requests from different departments
  • Provide clerical supports include pack returned samples and data input
  • Work as a team member to support, follow up and backup the general maintenance works
  • Samples and reports delivery across floors of office and warehouse
  • Provide administrative support to all users

Requirements: 

  • F.5 / DSE graduate or above with 1-2 related working experience 
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Strong interpersonal skill, hardworking and willing to learn
