Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to business teams on administrative matters and other work supports as required
- Scan, photocopy, sort, index and archive documents
- Organize and maintain files of correspondence and records by using electronic filing system
Requirements
- Recognized diploma in secretarial studies, business administration or equivalent
- 5 years of office administrative work experience; with electronic filing system experience is a plus
- Working experience in real estate/ property developers will be a huge advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing applications
- Well-organized, self-motivated, detailed-minded, committed and be a good team player
- Immediate available is preferred
