Job Description
Responsibilities:

Provide full spectrum of administrative support for the team

Provide clerical & administrative support for internal training programs

Maintain proper, relevant and up-to-date filing system

Perform miscellaneous assignments and handle ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
-
Higher Diploma or above
-
At least 4 years of relevant working experience; previous experience with professional firm is a definite advantage

Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Chinese word processing skill is essential

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Self-motivated, diligent, responsible and reliable

Good team player and able to communicate with all levels of staff

Able to work independently and initiated with strong commitment; able to work under tight timeline
