Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle telephone calls and enquires
  • Prepare company secretarial documents and provide services to clients
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to team & manager
  • Assist in ad-hoc job assignments

 

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years’ of company secretarial/administrative or secretary experience
  • Experience gained from professional firms/Accounting firm/Legal firm/MNC
  • Good command in both of written & spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Student member of HKICS is an advantage
