Job Description

Reporting to the Officer (Licensing), the appointee will be required to:

  • Conduct data entry and update information for licence applications;
  • Liaise and follow up with respective applicants on licence application when necessary;
  • Maintain the filing system of the licensing Division;
  • Provide administrative support to the licensing application process, e.g. preparing licence card, certificate and relevant correspondences, etc;
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

 

Requirements

  • Tertiary education or above in any disciplines;
  • A minimum of 1 year relevant experience;
  • Relevant work experience and knowledge in license applications operations and property management are preferable;
  • Good interpersonal and communications skill;
  • Independent and able to work under pressure; and
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
