Job Description

An exciting Administrative position is open for junior-middle level office/ administrative assistant candidates. Our client is an US based financial firm. They are now looking for an administrative assistant to handle all round office administration and secretarial duties.

Our client is a well-established private equity company which is based in the US. They are now looking for a junior administrative assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to the senior management and the team.

Description

The administrative assistant will have below responsibilites:

  • Provide a wide range of administrative and secretarial support for the senior management and the team including ordering office supplies, vendor liaison, logistics arrangements for senior management
  • Handle extensive travel, accommodation and other logistics arrangement
  • Calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Assistant in any ad hoc projects

Profile

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in administration, preferred in finance industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well-organized, proactive, flexible and willing-to-learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
