Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To provide secretarial support to management staff;
  • To provide administrative support to the team including Agenda, Minutes, statistics, regular report preparation
  • Administrative support in company events, projects as assigned independently.
  • Ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder;
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience preferably in insurance industry, senior post will be considered with more experience
  • Good command of Mandarin is a MUST;
  • Strong PC knowledge in MS Office;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, detail-minded and with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Immediate available or short notice candidate preferred
