Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman Office.
- Prepare and draft business correspondences, reports and presentation materials.
- Organize and attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Manage Executives’ schedules, meeting arrangements, daily appointments and travel plans.
- Coordinate with business units and keep track of projects.
- Work well with team members and follow guidelines from superiors.
- Assist on Group workflows/procedures/documentation.
- Maintain and update Group policies.
- Handle special and ad hoc projects.
Requirement:
- Degree Holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 3 years of secretarial experiences in sizable organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Calendar, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ability to work independently with strong communication, attention to detail, ability to work multi-task with well-organized skills, eager to take up responsibilities and challenges, well-organized, trustworthy and flexible in accepting assignments, strong adaptation to changes
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese and Mandarin
