Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman Office.
  • Prepare and draft business correspondences, reports and presentation materials.
  • Organize and attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Manage Executives’ schedules, meeting arrangements, daily appointments and travel plans.
  • Coordinate with business units and keep track of projects.
  • Work well with team members and follow guidelines from superiors.
  • Assist on Group workflows/procedures/documentation.
  • Maintain and update Group policies.
  • Handle special and ad hoc projects.

 

Requirement:

  • Degree Holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 3 years of secretarial experiences in sizable organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Calendar, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ability to work independently with strong communication, attention to detail, ability to work multi-task with well-organized skills, eager to take up responsibilities and challenges, well-organized, trustworthy and flexible in accepting assignments, strong adaptation to changes
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese and Mandarin
