Job Description

Provide executive secretarial support to China MD and lead the overall office administration works in Beijing and Shanghai office.

  • Provide secretarial support to MD, such as arrange daily schedule, meeting arrangement, reimbursement etc.
  • Assist Sale, Presales and PS teams to prepare related files as required.
  • Pick up the phone calls and receive guests in Beijing office
  • Organize company big events
  • Help colleagues in raising their travel requests and coordinate to apply business visa and working permit for foreign staffs
  • Office facilities and equipment management and maintenance
  • Office security and environmental sanitation management and supervision
  • Office supplies' purchase would always be under the control and maintain its quality in daily using including snakes, coffee, drinking water, express, stationery etc. and monthly vendor bill payments.
  • Maintain good relationship with the vendors such as RICOH printer, office real estate, China Unicom, Metropolis Travel-Car renting etc.
  • Chief coordinator to IT service team in AP Region.
  • Assist Sales and Marketing activities .
  • Assist with HR, Finance department if necessary
  • Other works assigned.
  • Bachelor degree or above, secretarial or English major;
  • Around 5 years relevant working experience in Multi-National Corporation
  • Excellent English and Chinese skills
  • Good skills in office Micro-software;
  • Attention to details;
