Job Title: IATF Automotive Team Support Administrator

Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire or Warsaw, Poland

Salary: £20k-£25k basic depending on experience

The Role:

This role can be based at either of offices in Milton Keynes or out of our offices in Warsaw.  You will be playing a pivotal role within the compliance and risk team as the IAFT Administrator responsible for undertaking activities in support of BSI’s accreditation and management system in relation to the IATF Automotive standard within the EMEA region.  This which will require interaction with colleagues of different levels all across EMEA and globally and will include tasks such as the uploading of data to the external database and to support the assessment review process.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Uploading and maintaining records on the external IATF Global database
  • Conducting client audit reports
  • Monitoring the status of completed Automotive assessments
  • Arranging certification reviews in a timely manner
  • Monitoring and reporting on expiring and missing certificates on the IATF global database to global contacts
  • Monthly Global reports to the key stakeholders
  • Dealing with all requests in a timely manner
  • Issuing Certificates of Registration for UK clients
  • Analysing performance for the overall review
  • Presentation of Review analysis at Automotive team meetings
  • To support line manager with additional tasks, when requested
  • Proactively work with our EMEA Product Champion for the IATF Automotive scheme to ensure that the performance metrics defined by the IATF are met, for the EMEA region

Essential Skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Proven experience as an Administrator
  • Organised, efficient and methodical in approach, with high attention to detail
  • To be computer literate and have experience of using Microsoft office, Excel etc. The ability to communicate and work with international business colleagues to achieve positive results

Desirable Skills:

  • Fluent in another European language such as; French, German, Spanish or Italian
  • Knowledge of the assessment certification process
  • Knowledge of SAP would be preferred
