Job Description:
- Perform data input for credit card transaction
- Handle credit card settlement received from insured/ intermediaries
- Handle premium refund
- Provide daily operation support e.g. phone/ email enquiry, fax, etc.
- Issue official receipt when received premium settlement
- Issue certificate of payment to mortgagee
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting / LCC Higher or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in Insurance Industry is preferable
- Proficient in the operation of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Pleasant, responsible and willing to learn
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated, energetic and customer oriented
**Fresh graduates will be considered. Renewal of contract will be subject to business needs and individual performance.
**Work location is in Wong Chuk Hang.
