Job Description

Job Description:

  • Perform data input for credit card transaction
  • Handle credit card settlement received from insured/ intermediaries
  • Handle premium refund
  • Provide daily operation support e.g. phone/ email enquiry, fax, etc.
  • Issue official receipt when received premium settlement
  • Issue certificate of payment to mortgagee 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting / LCC Higher or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in Insurance Industry is preferable
  • Proficient in the operation of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Pleasant, responsible and willing to learn
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated, energetic and customer oriented

 

**Fresh graduates will be considered. Renewal of contract will be subject to business needs and individual performance.

**Work location is in Wong Chuk Hang.
