In this role, you have the opportunity to

• Improve products, process and machine of the product unit in yield, efficiency, quality and internal logistic performance, make a guaranteed stable production.

• Performance trouble shooting actives.

You are responsible for

• Act as a project leader for engineering improvement including process, production, documentation, all this in order to increase the efficiency of production and organization.

• Identify production problems regarding performance, efficiency and quality, and improve and make sure the production manageable.

• Create technical conditions so that the production process is disrupted as little as possible. T

• Bring knowledge and experience, and give guidance to working groups co-develop, innovate and improve production.

You are a part of

A professional site manufacturing Engineering team, with around 10 team members in Shenzhen.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor degrees or above, major in Engineering is preferred More than 8 years’ working experiences in manufacturing engineering, Experience in MNCs environment is preferred; experience in medical industry is a plus. Competences/Skills:

• Familiar with ISO13485/ FDA Part 820 QMS requirements is a plus

• Strong trouble shooting capability

• CAPA handling experience

• Good interpersonal communication skills

• Good English communication skills

• Multi culture competency

• Time zone / Can work under high pressure

• Strong logical thinking

• Customer oriented
