Tasks

To ensure the proper implementation of working out, implement and modifying of security operation activities, entry/exit system, inspections program, emergency action plan and reporting to protect people and properties in company.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish security operational management concept (i.e. gate control, property taken out, security system layout, etc.) for local plant based on company rules, management requirement or best practices and ensure them implemented effectively.
• As the main liaison on security operation aspects, communicate with local police and internal departments.
• Budget forecast and follow up of local security operations.
• Direct, coordinate, supervise and assess security service supplier in security related areas in line with company requirement and practices.
• Set up arrangement of guard post with related post duty.
• Monthly payment of security services contract based on monthly KPI scoring result.
• Making plant security system layout concept, making the concept be aligned with management and related parties and following up the realization process.
• Conduct plant security incident investigation, suspect's interview and related written report.
• Establishment and implementation of the event security management.
• Work with information protection specialist and production department to establish specific security measures and follow up the implementation.
• Coordination and follow up in local project (including security management concept, security system concept, etc.)
• Conducting threat and risk analyses at site/facility to identify potential issues and serving as the internal auditor for security processes; Monitoring internal control systems to ensure appropriate information access levels and security clearances are maintained; Conducting site visits to ensure a visible security presence and to assist with the identification of potential issues.

Qualifications

• University degree or above degree, further education in the field of security.
• Be familiar with government laws and regulations related to security.
• Basic computer skill, PC usage in office software, Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.
• English skills in oral and written (including technical terms concerning security.
• Related working experience of security background and knowledge 4-6 Years.
• Experience in organizing/delivering security training and security awareness seminars 1-3 Years.
