#### Position Description:


Position Key responsibilities are as follows:

Responsible for coordinating and executing the management system supporting
the BTIT project and budget Portfolio for both the PC&SD business and PCSD CIO
BTIT Domain.

The individual will be required to coordinate, schedule and run monthly cross
domain interlocks to ensure forward motion on deliverable, adherence to
process guidelines, and budget execution management.  Out- put of the activity
will be verbal and written executive summary. Strong communication skills are
required in order to report at an executive level.

The individual will be required to manage and maintain a daily holistic view
of budget spend execution status, identifying and addressing areas of concern.
Providing monthly review to support alignment and transparency with Finance
and the Leadership team.

Position is responsible for leading and coordinating annual budget planning
collection and consolidation  which sets the PCSD BT/IT investment spend and
business budget execution plan for the fiscal year.

The individual assumes the Tier 2 coordinator role managing the execution in
the GPMP system (the CIO project portfolio execution system.)   Active
involvement in CIO Project management process and system improvements to
enhance and drive efficiencies within the CIO;   enabling and executing
Business value returns program.

#### Position Requirements:


Project management experience
Strong excel skills with the aptitude to enhance
Strong verbal and written communication skills,
Leadership capability to drive cross functional collaboration
Prior CIO project knowledge would be an asset
