Responsibilities:

 

·       Innovate and implement new business models to harness emerging digital and connected vehicle technologies

·       Better connect with customers to drive loyalty and grow market share

·       Create world-class supply chains in order to grow business and manage risk

·       Improve business outcomes through M&A and investment decisions

·       Navigate volatile markets and changing regulations 

·       Develop and maintain long-term clients relationship and network;

·       Effectively manage and motivate consulting teams.

Ÿ  Leading engagements, planning and budgeting across focused teams, defining deliverables, and managing risks and opportunities to improve our performance

Ÿ  Constantly updating your professionalism to promote positive change and maintain your reputation as a trusted care advisor

Ÿ  Influencing and negotiating with top decision-makers at our clients’ sites, leading on proposal development and pricing

Ÿ  Developing practical services and methodologies to resolve complex challenges, and documenting your findings and recommendations in respected, peer-reviewed materials

Requirements:

·       Bachelor or Master’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 3 years’ related working experience, preferably with 1 year in a business consulting role with a leading consultancy organization;

·       Extensive experience in auto industry

·       In-depth knowledge of the auto market and auto dealer management is preferred;

·       Strong client service orientation, with an ability to generate commercial insights and adapt method and practices to meet clients’ needs;

·       Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure;

·       Excellent presentation and communication skills;

·       Excellent command of written and spoken English.
