Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact person for the Department, assist in after sales administration in full spectrum in order to manage a smooth and effective working environment
  • Assist in daily operation, monthly report preparation, procurement and ad hoc project
  • Handle data input, document filing, and manage travel and meeting arrangements
  • Maintain the Department’s Attendance, overtime, leave record, duty roster and staff medical claims etc.
  • Act as training coordinator
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with 5 working experience in as Administrator
  • Similar working experiences with the automotive retail industry is an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure, handle multi-task and meet tight deadline
  • Well-organised, able to work under minimum supervision, and with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
