Linde Material Handling Hong Kong Ltd is an immediate holding company of Linde Material Handling GmbH.

We are now filling key positions for the Hong Kong Company:

Responsibilities::

  • Key initiatives to improve A/S dept operation efficiency
  • Price negotiation and cost control
  • Establish good communications and relationship with all LHK staff
  • Prepare adequate reports per A/S Manager’s direction
  • As a coordinator of the team
  • Provide Spare Parts and Service administration support
  • Lead and Supervise the Spare Parts Operation
  • Manage / Follow up local and overseas Parts and Service orders
  • Maintain and control Spare Parts inventory with records for management review
  • Manage overseas shipment and local delivery
  • Manage import and export customs declaration of Spare Parts
  • Co-ordinate with factories, branches, vendors and dealers
  • Review Spare Parts operation from time to time for improvement
  • Carry out ad hoc project under the instruction of A/S Manager


Requirements:

  • Related degree holder or above
  • 8 years related work experience or above
  • Knowledge in SAP system is preferred
  • Accuracy typing is a must
  • Good communication skill
  • Enthusiastic on work
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel
  • Immediate available is preferred
