• 各产品线技术支持。
• 超期信息、投诉信息跟踪处理。
• 不良配件审核，退换机推进跟踪。
• 系统管理，流程申请。
• 服务商技术和流程培训以及管理。
• 线上平台投诉跟踪及退换机管理。

岗位职责

• 辖区内各产品线信息跟踪处理;
• 辖区内服务暖通产品现场技术支持；
• 服务商的管理（含区域内服务商技术培训和流程培训）；
• 辖区每天超期信息清理,投诉信息处理跟踪;
• 不良旧件、旧机回退审核登记，汇总，申请，新件跟踪状态;
• 对应产品线工厂质量问题对接；
• 线上各平台投诉及退换机管理。

岗位要求

• 本科学历，暖通、热能以及机械等相关专业优先。
• 至少三年左右HVAC行业相关经验，优秀的问题解决能力。
• 良好的沟通能力。
• 良好的办公软件处理能力 （如Excel,Word等）。
• 基本的英语读写能力。
