Job Description

Technical Support Motorrad MX & LATAM

 

As a Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support, improve technical campaigns fulfilment, develop training material and carry out training to dealer network aftersales personnel to solve product issues in our market and improve dealer response to customer to increase aftersales customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, you will be provide technical support for actual and new dealers, which are not familiar with BMW technologies. Also, operating a fluent communication line with Germany Tech Support.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

- Bachelor´sdegree in Mechanical Automotive Engineer or related field of studies.

- Servicemanagement including, dealer network evaluation and follow up.

- KPIanalysis.

-Technicaland processes training, warranty administration and analysis and technicalinformation management, technical campaigns, recalls, training material,specification sheets and manuals.

- Motorcycle'sstructure knowledge in electric and electronic field.

- Internalcombustion engines knowledge and familiarization with diagnostic programs.

- Technicallanguage (mechanical) [English & Spanish].

- Microsoftexcel advanced level.

- Customercare/satisfaction.

- FluentTechnical English.
