Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the brand representative to deliver great customer services to our members and provide answers to enquiries
- Opportunities to communicate with members across Asia Pacific
- Manage flight schedule, hotel reservation and attractions booking
- Assist in ticketing and handle complaints
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or above
- At least one year working experience in customer service sector is an advantage
- Proficiency in spoken English and Cantonese. Good command in Mandarin
- Flexibility to work on shift schedules
