Job Description:
Provide a high quality of customer care in the day-to-day contact with customers contributing to maximum customer satisfaction and preference
NO Cold Call and NO Selling
Answer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
Resolve customer's request efficiently
Job Requirements:
Higher diploma or above
Half year of customer service experience in the airline / hotel / customer service industry is preferred (part-time or internship experience would also be considered)
Welcome for fresh graduates
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Good communication skills and telephone manner with positive attitude
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Be responsible, self-motivated, organized, hard-working, and willing to work under pressure
