Job Description

Job Description:

  • Provide a high quality of customer care in the day-to-day contact with customers contributing to maximum customer satisfaction and preference

  • NO Cold Call and NO Selling

  • Answer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner

  • Resolve customer's request efficiently

Job Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above

  • Half year of customer service experience in the airline / hotel / customer service industry is preferred (part-time or internship experience would also be considered)

  • Welcome for fresh graduates 

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

  • Good communication skills and telephone manner with positive attitude

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team

  • Be responsible, self-motivated, organized, hard-working, and willing to work under pressure
