Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to program members in order to meet customer's needs
- 了解顧客要求, 並提供優質會員服務
- Provide fare quotations, reserving flights and answering general enquiries
- 處理有關機票的行程和預訂,包括航班預約和改位等查詢
- Identify Member's needs and provide appropriate solutions
- 負責接聽會員專線, 解答相關問題和提供解決方案
- Handle complaints and enquiries
- 解答顧客的查詢和投訴
Job Requirements
- Good Command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- 操良好普通話和英語
- Good communication and listening skills
- 良好的溝通和聆聽能力
- Problem solving
- 善於解答疑難
- Fresh Graduates will also be considered

Package
- Salary Range $15800
- 月薪$15800
- 45 Working hours a week (On Shift)
