Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to program members in order to meet customer's needs
  • 了解顧客要求, 並提供優質會員服務
  • Provide fare quotations, reserving flights and answering general enquiries
  • 處理有關機票的行程和預訂,包括航班預約和改位等查詢
  • Identify Member's needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • 負責接聽會員專線, 解答相關問題和提供解決方案
  • Handle complaints and enquiries
  • 解答顧客的查詢和投訴

Job Requirements

  • Good Command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • 操良好普通話和英語
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • 良好的溝通和聆聽能力
  • Problem solving
  • 善於解答疑難
  • Fresh Graduates will also be considered

Package

  • Salary Range $15800
  • 月薪$15800
  • 45 Working hours a week (On Shift)
