Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the brand representative to deliver great customer services to our members and provide answers to enquiries
  • Opportunities to communicate with members across Asia Pacific
  • Manage flight schedule, hotel reservation and attractions booking
  • Assist in ticketing and handle complaints

 

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or above
  • At least one year working experience in customer service sector is an advantage
  • Proficiency in spoken English and Cantonese. Good command in Mandarin
  • Flexibility to work on shift schedules
