Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle the incoming telephone call from the airline members
- NO Cold Call and NO Selling
- Answer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Cooperate with other teams members to resolve customer's request efficiently
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a MUST
- 1-year customer service OR related experience, preferably gained from Airline / Hotel / Travel Agency industry
- Fresh graduate with Summer Job / Internship experience will also be considered
- Customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
