Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the incoming telephone call from the airline members
  • NO Cold Call and NO Selling
  • Answer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Cooperate with other teams members to resolve customer's request efficiently

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above 
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a MUST
  • 1-year customer service OR related experience, preferably gained from Airline / Hotel / Travel Agency industry
  • Fresh graduate with Summer Job / Internship experience will also be considered
  • Customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
