Nanotechnology BU at Advantest provides metrology and DR solutions to the semiconductor and nanotechnology industry.

Responsibilities Include:
Develop image analysis and processing algorithms and software system implementation for CD metrology and DR products.
Work closely with other groups to develop requirement.
Concept development, proto-typing, project management for implementation and develop solid testing methodologies.
Hands-on work developing and proto-typing image processing algorithm as well as active support for experiments and tuning.

Job Location:
The Location for this position is flexible. While it would be preferable for a candidate to work at the San Jose office, this position can be executed by an employee working at another US location or possibly as a remote telecommuter.
