Job Description
A&C Business Operations Advisor
Summary\:
This role provides business and operational support to the A&C Cluster Sales leader and his/her team. This includes new FY strategy definition support, territory planning and maintenance, forecasting, KPI governance, analysis, reporting of business goals as well as ensuring that an appropriate alignment is in place with the support teams in A&C.
This role is part of the management team for the cluster and supports the governance of this team, working closely with the regional (local) cross-functional teams (finance, marketing etc.)
Scope\:
• Reports to the Regional Manager EMEA A&C Business Operations
• Works closely with the A&C Cluster leader
• Contributes to and support the EMEA A&C Business Operations Communities
• Works closely with EMEA A&C Central Operations team to provide high standard business support quality to A&C business leaders
• Works closely with regional & divisional Finance to support quotas & revenue reporting
• Works with others  WW A&C Global teams and with OPN (Partner Business Center) teams as needed 
Major Job Responsibilities\:
• Acts as Business Advisor to the A&C Leader in driving business planning activities, support GTM definition, implement and execute the A&C strategy.
• Manages execution of the day-to-day business operations including\: forecasting at cluster level, trending analysis, pipeline and opportunities tracking and analysis.
• Reconciling, monitoring and analysing the business by preparing, using and providing segmented pipeline, forecast, target and revenue reports to the Sales leaders and Managers.
• Drives territory planning and ensure ongoing maintenance during the Fiscal Year.
• Assisting in the monitoring of the overall region’s business performance and identifying areas of opportunity or potential risks to the business.
• Supports Quarterly Business Reviews governance and follow up on actions.
• Defines, implements and ensures ongoing adjustments of new business tracking processes in accordance to A&C strategy
• Supports the development, roll out of Sales/Partner systems/tools and drives adoption, ongoing training for the A&C Teams.
• Manages / participates into projects as assigned by the BU
Business Requirements\:
• Good business awareness and analytical/problem solver, A&C/channel knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of project management, multi-tasking and problem solving skills with experience of rolling out sales programs.
• Knowledge of Oracle policies and procedures.
• Experience in working in a remote international environment, working across business units and collaborating across EMEA.
• Manages information with proper sensitivity and proves a high sense of Business Ethics.
Competencies
• 3 years’ experience in a business analyst/advisor role
• Passion for data and numbers with a curious mind
• Advanced Excel User – extremely competent in all aspects of Excel
• Attentive to accuracy and detail
• Strong analysis and reporting skills
• Fluency in English
• A third level qualification (numerate in nature)
• Experience working in Business Operations or Finance team preferably in a multinational organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive skills essential
• Committed to delivering excellent service, developing contingencies as required
• Problem identification and solving skills
• Good relationship management skills, able to work across global teams
• Desire to join a dynamic, multinational team

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.
