Luminous Academy is a fast-growing American Training school in the heart of QiXia district in Nanjing and will be moving to a larger location and is now in need 2 new Native English Foreign Teachers to help continue the growth of our school. Using a pure English-speaking environment, teachers will be able to work with small class sizes to give each student the practice they need using the curriculum provided. Class sizes will never go beyond 8 students, and the age range to teach is 3-12. Students are separated into classes based on age and English ability to ensure classes are smooth. Teachers should be energetic, outgoing, responsible, great with kids, and have a high passion for teaching English. There are also opportunities for advancement based on performance and teaching proficiency.

Details:
33-working hours Wednesday through Sunday, Monday and Tuesday off.
Teach 40-minute lessons, up to 8 students per class, class age range 3-12.

Compensation:
13-25k RMB/month depending on prior experience
Contract completion bonus and Contract renewal bonus
Legal Working Visa and permit provided directly by Luminous Academy

Requirements:
Native English Speaker (US, UK, CAN, AUS, NZ, SA)
Bachelor’s degree
TEFL certificate (or equivalent)
Valid Passport
Prior experience preferred, but not required
