System Integration (SI) of Deloitte Consulting aims to provide the end-to-end business process optimization, system integration and industry solution services by IT technologies. We fulfill the demand of information construction to support customers' business growth and daily operation. We offer a complete range of industry-leading customized services to help our customers on program/project management, business analysis, solution design and architecture, system development/testing/maintenance etc.

Work you'll do:

• Develop deep technical knowledge of phases, process, theoretical understanding of the SDLC
• Identify and manage technical components and issues based on risk and complexity
• Plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience
• Comprehend how the client’s business works and keep up-to-date on industry/sector trends and leading practices
• Identify and solve problems objectively using analysis, experience and judgment
• Identify and transform opportunities into solutions that drive business value for our clients
• Incorporate financial information when evaluating business opportunities and making recommendations
• Develop relationships, establish credibility with and instill confidence in clients
• Leverage cross-geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery
• Articulate how technology enables and differentiates the business and communicate this effectively to clients

Your role as a leader:

• Understands key objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligns people to objectives and sets priorities and direction
• Influences clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people
• Delivers exceptional client service; maximizes results and drives high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders
• Develops high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities
• Acts as a role model, embracing and living our purpose and values, and recognizing others for the impact they make
• Minimum 8 years of experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and testing of scalable, distributed, fault tolerant web applications for the internet;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing and leading a project team;
• Possession of Project Management certificate like PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner is mandatory;
• Strong experience in adopting development process;
• Detail-oriented person and able to drill-down to solve problems;
• Experience in developing technologies on Java development environment from framework to components design ;
• Strong leadership, organizational and presentation skills;
• Experience with Agile (SCRUM, XP) or RUP development is a definite advantage;
• SCJP/SCJD certification or similar is highly desirable;
• Experience in HK government project is an advantage;
• Good verbal (fluency in English, proficiency in Cantonese, and/or Putonghua) and written (English and Chinese) communication skills.
