Analytics Center of Excellence India Hub Operations Manager -

leads an Analytics Center of Excellence Team chartered to develop, deploy and support Analytics Visualizations to transform decision-making for Customer Operations and related teams using Agilent's Spotfire / SAP HANA Analytics Platform.

The charter for the Analytics Center of Excellence Team is to transform the effectiveness of decision-making by providing innovative and effective visualizations of customer, operational and transactional data. By their nature these visualizations will span functions to provide integrated views which support a "One Agilent" approach. The team will work very closely with business teams & IT to uncover requirements, specify the needed data models and build visualizations to meet those needs using an Agile "Use Case" approach. The team works directly with Analytics users to understand and document Use Cases then uses Agile Project Methodology to very quickly iterate design / demo cycles resulting in a fast, high quality result. The team is also responsible for driving user adoption and closing the consumption gap to effective leverage of the analytics platform. This is dynamic high-performance team that is delivering impressive results.

The leader of this team should have strong cross functional leadership skills, the ability to engage with a broad set of users and functions and innovation skills to create high value. They should be dynamic, energetic with executive engagement skills and a passion to truly make a difference.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Driving governance and prioritization -- Ensure the prioritization process with stakeholders is clear & manages a process of accepting new demand & setting expectations.

* Builds, leads and develops Analytics Center of Excellence team and coaches team members to create a high-performance team.

* Innovates by building new capability such as new visualizations, dynamic dashboards, advance analytics (predictive, statistical) and mobile delivery

* Collaborates with the Business teams to uncover business requirements and build innovative and effective visualizations to address those needs.

* Conducts external benchmarking for Analytics visualization tools and environment to leverage new approaches and deliver value and enhanced user experience.

* Builds relationship and alignment with Agilent cross functional and IT teams.

* Meets financial targets & productivity improvement goals.
