Job Description
Responsibility:
- Provide email and phone support.
- Communicate with user and response the issues status.
- Investigate the issues, try to find the root cause and solution.
- Online troubleshooting.
- Write the documents related to support work.

Requirements:
- Native language is English,bachelor degree of IT,or proficient in English.
- Fluent oral and written English
- Familiar with the software development/test/support process
- Well communicate skill
- Technical business understanding.
- Good knowledge of banking business would be better.
