Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide first level application support
• Work with vendors to investigate the problem root cause, and resolve technical issues
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Execute unit test, system integration test and coordinate user acceptance test
• Assist to conduct system training to end-users

Entry Requirements :

Study Fields ：

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• 2 years+ experience in system implementation/project management
• Fresh graduate welcome
• Proficient in SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and the latest front-end technologies
• Experience in levering AI and ML development is a plus

Personal Attributes :

• Good team player with detail-oriented thinking
• Good command in spoken and written English
• Good communication skill
• Fluency in English
