Our client, a real estate investment company is urgently looking for a Project Architect to join their dynamic team in HK region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle real development, project management, tendering and site supervision for the portfolio in HK
• Oversee full spectrum of construction project management from conceptual stage to project completion
• Ensure quality control an benchmark for effective and efficient project control 
• Monitor varies A&A projects for residential and commercial portfolio

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with at least 15 years in residential development and A&A projects which 5 years in developers' projects
• Professional qualification of MHKIA is required
• Well versed with building regulations/ordinances and project planning skills
•  Exposure in handling high-end residential projects with local developers is an advantage
• Skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office applications is needed
• Fluent English is highly recommended
