Job Summary

协助完成竞赛项目、政府审批、深化和施工图工作；

负责参与高水平要求的设计，确保项目按期完成；

负责面积、采光和节能计算，及其他设计工作；

整理不同项目阶段的汇报资料；

负责项目的设计及绘图工作，可独立完成一般项目的设计；

配合后期服务设计修改。

Minimum Requirements

建筑专业本科及以上学历；

流利的书面表达能力，大学英语四级及以上；

2年以上多个项目经验；

具备卓越的概念、设计能力，较强的技术和沟通能力，有过中到大型项目的设计经验；

熟练应用AutoCAD, Photoshop、Sketch Up、InDesign、Microsoft office及其他建筑设计相关软件；

责任心强，具备优秀的组织能力和团队合作精神；

有获奖项目为佳。
