Architectural Visualizer

• Work with architectural designers to provide photorealistic renderings and concept images of architectural and interior designs for project types including mainly residential, commercial and institutional.
• Work with project teams and independently in creating representations of design sketches or developed projects.
• Proficient in architectural and photography software programs such as 3D Max, Rhino, Vray, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, AutoCAD. Proficiency in Indesign is an advantage.
• Applicants must be design-minded, detail-oriented, with an eye for pleasing aesthetics, and have the ability to juggle multiple projects in our fast-paced working environment.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, and ideally in Mandarin also.
• At least 5 years of working experience in relevant project types
• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design is an advantage but not necessary.
