职责:

1.Based on the accumulated insights and experience of IF industry and area markets, formulate area customer development strategy, work out annually/quarterly/monthly operation plan and engage team to achieve annual/quarterly/monthly revenue(push-in) target timely


2.With the contextual business understanding, figure out business opportunities and crisis and come up with total solutions to expand area market, including new branch establishment and new market expansion


3.Establish and maintain cooperative and trust relationship with top customers, deal with significant customer complaints, put forwards customer satisfaction improvement solutions


4.Responsible for the area finance management and debate fund management, including AR management, fee approval, etc.


5.Learn and understand the WHO Code, China Code, Nestle Instruction and Wyeth Nutrition China Policy and Procedure on the Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes, as well as comply with business process and code of conduct, strictly adhering to all the requirements of related Wyeth Nutrition Policy and Procedure in development and implelatation of business activities. Meanwhile, actively attend and participate in various forms of code compliance trainings and pass tests


6.Lead and cultivate team capabilities, including performance management, training and coach, etc.;


Take charge of the routine management of customer development team,ensure the whole team incluing himself/herself attend the Who code& FTSE4Good compliance trainining and pass examination;


要求:

1. More than 6 years in business operations, with at least 4 years exposure in marketing or customer development


2. Successful experience in delivering KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results, with successful field customer development function leading record


3. Excellent experience in customer development management with multiple roles in his/her track record


4. Successful managerial experience of team development


5. Proven ability to build effective relationship with counterparties


6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy enviorment and ability to multi-task


7. Good analytical and problem solving skill


8. Good presentation skill
