As the Corporate Applications IT Ariba SME, you will be part of a high performance EAS Corporate Apps IT team. Corporate Apps includes Enterprise and business productivity applications used by various Agilent functions (viz. Sales, Field, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, Tax, WPS, SCQ & Legal, CIM, Fusion, Ariba, Incentive comp (ICM) and FileNet etc)

In this role, you will be IT Ariba or ECC MM Techno -Functional SME to lead and manage the Ariba On-demand P2O, Ariba Contracts, Coupa Contracts and Direct material Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration support operations globally. This includes ensuring operations excellence, application maintenance and enhancement, escalations management, business continuity, business enablement, lead in the support, design review and implementation of a wide variety of programs, projects, and processes.

You will interact with Agilent IT management, Agilent business & functional teams along with external partner organizations. Your primary accountabilities will include:

  • Responsible for all technical & functional matters related to the Ariba P2O, Ariba SCC, Coupa Contracts, ITK , CIG with strong working knowledge of SAP MM to be used in conjunction with activities involving Production Maintenance, Administration, Upgrade, Migration and performance tuning.
  • End-to-end support and escalation management
  • 3rd party supplier (off-shore) management to meet SLA and deliver value add initiatives
  • Incident and Problem management
  • Enterprise Change and Release management
  • Customer relationship management
  • Communication management
  • Process compliance management (E.g. Change Management process, AI6, PO10, DS5, etc.)
  • Be responsible for providing stewardship to process, support and maintenance teams.
  • Be responsible for working with the other IT groups and maintaining an environment that provides reduced overall complexity and increased cost efficiency on running of the enterprise platform.
  • Provide project management for process improvement and value add initiatives.
Serve as an acknowledged resource and consultant in related areas of business and/or technical expertise, including providing periodic in-depth support to operations.
