Responsibilities
- Coordinate training courses e.g. CPD training, site visits and conference, etc;
- Handle registration from online training portal and membership e-platform;
- Support marketing events and production of marketing collateral;
- Coordinate event logistics;
- Support all aspects of projects & event management, including preparing pre-production, drafting promotional materials, contacting clients and vendors, providing logistic and on-site support;
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of event planning experience is a must;
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
- Knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator would be an advantage;
- Excellent communication and organization skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility, well organised with a can-do attitude;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
