Responsibilities:

• Assist Communication and Fundraising Officer in communication and fundraising functions
• Assist in the management of online social media sites
• Facilitate the process of media interviews
• Liaise with donors, medias and related organisations
• Assist in writing and editing letters, speeches and reports
• Assist in management and updating of database
• Assist in planning and implementation of events
• Draft and design promotional materials
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Good command of spoken & written Chinese & English
• Excellent communication, organisational & interpersonal skills
• Familiar in with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Dreamweaver, or other graphic design tools
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Social Media including Chinese Word Processing, PowerPoint, Facebook
• Self-motivated, good sense of responsibilities, hardworking, can work independently and/or with a team, result oriented
   

Successful candidates will be offered a renewable contract term appointment with up to 10% of total basic salary as contract-end gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
