Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Provide list generation and data segmentation solution based on individual business, market and campaign needs in terms of technology platform, data variables usage and workflow based on business objective
- Execute data segmentation operations/ automation workflow on platforms including and not limited to Adobe Campaign, DMP, Unica, Brio, Alteryx to enable all business and marketing experiences
- Ensure data is sufficient, structured and organised with data teams and IT to perform all segmentation/ list generation needs as per business requirement
- Introduce best practises for segmentation including technology usage, data variables usage, targeting, frequency, operational workflows for all direct, outbound communications to enhance lead time, accuracy and business return
- Act as the contact point for all data operations support and liaison with IT, data teams, internal business and marketing teams as needed for database development, list segmentation, analysis, and reporting
- Act as the SME to support staff training in data operations in terms of processes, systems, and solutions related to data operations for marketing communication/ campaign needs
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Experiences contacting list generation and BTL marketing campaigns for direct marketing communications
- Advanced excel skills and data manipulation experience with tools such as Alteryx, Unica, Brio, Adobe Campaign is a plus
- Number savvy, solid experience dealing with numbers and business analytics
- 5-10 years of experience handling data to support business data analytics needs
