Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Undertake research on business process, financials and operations for the Property Management function
  • Support key stakeholders by proactively analyzing market trends against key business objectives and priorities.
  • Prepare and present insights through periodic and project-based reports for management review
  • Coordinate and analyze internal budgeting and financials
  • Lead the team to provide centralized support to internal and cross-department stakeholders
  • Keep abreast of market trends and best practices for continued operational improvement within Property Management

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Finance, Real Estate or related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, market research and business development with sizeable organizations. Experience in real estate or property management industries an advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen with solid proficiency in the latest research and analytical tools and techniques
  • Well versed in Hong Kong business landscape where Greater China/Regional experience an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented with people management experience
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
