Assistant HR & Admin Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions including daily HR operation, staff on-boarding, recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefit and manpower planning etc.;
  • Review and implement and monitor HR policies and procedures;
  • Prepare HR reports for management review;
  • Responsible for administration operations, including office maintenance, telecom system, insurance, licenses renewal, office equipment maintenance and other support services, etc.;
  • Lead a small team and directly report to Management; Some work directly with the C-level executives; 
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements: 

  • A higher diploma or university degree in human resources management or a relevant discipline;
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience;
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Hong Kong Taxation, MPF regulations and other related legislations;
  • Detailed minded with initiatives in dealing with various people in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Responsible, adaptive, able to think on their feet;
  • Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); 
  • Proficient in computer software applications including MS-Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;and
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR & Admin Manager.
