Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for various human resources functions including but not limited to training & development, recruitment and employee relations,etc.
  • Oversee internal and external training programs for both HQ and front line staff
  • Assist to tailor make internal training materials and delivertraining as the in-house trainer
  • Assist in employee relations and work closely with the team to organize various company events / activities to enhance employees’ sense of belonging
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports for management review
  • Manage recruitment cycle including prepare job ads, interview arrangement,on-boarding arrangement, orientation, etc.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Training & Development or related disciplines
  • 6 years or above relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory level
  • Experience in implementing QF training program is a definite advantage
  • Experience in organizing recruitment events such as job fair, campus hiring and bulk recruitment
  • Passionate in talent development with positive mentality
  • Proactive and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
  • Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage
