Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for various human resources functions including but not limited to training & development, recruitment and employee relations,etc.
- Oversee internal and external training programs for both HQ and front line staff
- Assist to tailor make internal training materials and delivertraining as the in-house trainer
- Assist in employee relations and work closely with the team to organize various company events / activities to enhance employees’ sense of belonging
- Prepare and maintain regular reports for management review
- Manage recruitment cycle including prepare job ads, interview arrangement,on-boarding arrangement, orientation, etc.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Training & Development or related disciplines
- 6 years or above relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory level
- Experience in implementing QF training program is a definite advantage
- Experience in organizing recruitment events such as job fair, campus hiring and bulk recruitment
- Passionate in talent development with positive mentality
- Proactive and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
- Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage
