Responsibilities:

  • Assist with class preparation every morning. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to managing training equipment, setting up training venues and distributing training materials.
  • Under the guidance of supervisor, assist with training logistics on a daily basis to ensure LTD’s training activities can be carried out in an orderly manner. Duties include, but are not limited to generating reports, filing and sorting documents, categorizing materials and other administrative tasks. 
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of LTD, include teaching administration, general affairs, and archive administration.
  • Complete works assigned by supervisor accurately in a timely manner; enjoy working with others; have a strong team spirit.
  • Comply with local laws, regulations or codes of local regulatory agencies, bank policies, relevant risk management policies and procedures, as well as other relevant rules and regulations. Be able to recognize/assess/manage potential or existing compliance risks, and can report to higher authorities and relevant units in a timely manner. Take part in making changes in response to each individual situation and follow up with the rectification work.
