Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To take operational leadship and budget (P&L) responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation to help achieve the Operation/ Customer KPI.
- To assist the Operation Manager in managing the workforce according to customer’s requirements from time to time
- To lead and facilitate process improvement projects with benefits in cost and efficiency
- To maintain and evolve operational performance measurement system
- To support the implementation of quality initiatives and operation excellence programs
- Other ad hoc project when required
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines
- 5 years’ relevant working experience of which 2 years were at supervisory level in logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-place team-base environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS system
- Good people communication and presentation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
