Responsibilities:

- Help to prepare operation risk / compliance related report, ensure timely completion of quality control and risk assessment.
- Perform regular call monitoring to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
- Visit branches, roadshows or outreach site occasionally for control checking
- Handle customer complaints, complaints investigation, analyst complaint case and provide proper feedback to frontline staff
- Coach and train frontline staff on a regular basis for control perspective
- Comply with internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements when delivering job duties 

Requirement :

- Higher Diploma or above
- As least 4 years' relevant experience preferably in banking industry
- Strong knowledge in retail banking products and operation
- Good command of written English and Chinese
