ESTATES OFFICE

The appointee will be a member of the Planning and Development Section of the Estates Office.

Responsibilities:

• Primarily assist in planning, administration and management of campus projects
• Liaise and coordinate with government departments, end-users and consultants
• Prepare design drawings, 3D rendering, material specifications, working drawings and tender documents

Requirements:

• A recognised degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent, preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience in interior design or architectural consultancy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Photoshop
• Knowledge of and experience in using 3D rendering, BIM and space planning will be an advantage

Shortlisted candidates are required to sit for a written test. Applicants with less experience will be considered for the post of Architectural Assistant.

Work Location:

Tsuen Wan Campus

Initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
