Our client is one of Hong Kong’s most prestigious property developers with an unsurpassed portfolio of retail and commercial properties in Hong Kong. They are searching for an experienced Assistant Portfolio Manager to oversee the leasing and asset management of the portfolio in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• University graduate or above;
• Professional qualification as a Chartered Surveyor is preferable;
• Minimum 8 years of leasing/ sales and marketing/ projects experience with proven expertise ideally from either renowned property consultants or developers or funds;
• Excellent knowledge of market trends and ability to deliver innovative ideas;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, fluency in Cantonese is a preferable;
• Exposure working internationally is an advantage.
