The working culture is stable and the company focuses on organic growth of employees. To cope with their expansion of the production department, they are now calling for two QA Assistant Managers.

Description

Monitor product quality in factory

Provide training to front line production workers

Classify and organise food safety related document

Ensure compliance documents fulfil local requirements

Carry out regular operational inspections along the production lines

Manage & ensure continuous improvement on identified quality issues with suppliers across APAC

Profile

Diploma / Degree graduates; at least 5-year relevant working experience

Strong interpersonal skills, team player, attention to details

Knowledge in compliance requirements is a plus, eg. HACCP, ISO22000

Able to work under pressure and willing to travel across different stores

Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
